We submit competitive cash offers 

Perform due diligence and buy the home when the seller accepts our offer

We may order an inspection an/or an appraisial 

The seller may not accept our initial offer or counter offer

You are free to move forward and choose another home for us to consider

Rent your new home from us

We do not ask for any upfront down payments or accept any option fees

We may order a credit history, background check (some fees may apply)

We reserve the right to interview  your last 5 landlords for references

First's month's rent and a secutity deposit equal to one month's rent (2 months rent, in rare cases)

Ready to buy your new home?

We know you have an earnest money deposit of at least $1000 and you are  responsible for the closing cost
